We process all orders usually within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship only ship within the U.S.
Our Return Policy
At NaturelleGrow, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch haircare products with love and intention. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Return Eligibility
Because our products are artisan-crafted and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at info@naturellegrow.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom orders (e.g., private label or bulk)
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original method of payment
